Ranch Booking & Cancellation Policy: 50% of your total hunt
is required, paid via credit card, as a non-refundable deposit to make a reservation. The
remaining balance will be due upon arrival on the day of your hunt. In the event
that fewer guests arrive than originally booked, the remainder of the deposit MAY NOT be
applied as payment toward the final bill.
The FRCR reserves the right to change hunt times or dates
due to inclement weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control.
"Inclement weather conditions" mainly pertains to wet weather during bird hunts.
A
valid Texas Hunting License is required in order to hunt any type of game on FRCR.
All state laws and regulations related to hunting will apply.
